Our goal at Lang’s Home Remodeling is to make your experience great! Our team works as a cohesive unit in coordinating every detail including design, project management, purchasing, scheduling and, with our sub-contractors, installing.
The sub-contracting team is made up of licensed installers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, as well as other artisans and professionals all working through the project manager.
More than 1,200 projects completed across Lang’s Kitchen & Bath and Lang’s Home Remodeling.

John Lang
John Lang has provided customers with kitchen and bathroom design solutions to enhance their homes and lifestyle for more than forty years.
Jennifer Lang
Jennifer was originally trained and educated as a nurse at the University of Princeton Medical Center. She has been working with Lang's since 1985.
Mary Ann Smarto
Mary Ann graduated from Holy Family College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, after which she worked as an RN at Einstein Medical Center. She has been with Lang's since 1985.
Dana Pursell
Dana has been part of the Lang’s team for nearly 15 years. A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, she blends her distinctive aesthetic with extensive construction experience, making her an accomplished and well-rounded designer. She enjoys guiding clients through the design process and helping them achieve the results they envision.
Ashley Stracuzzi
Lang's Kitchen & Bath helps homeowners create thoughtful kitchen and bath spaces with practical design guidance, quality materials, and a remodeling process built around the way each family lives.
Sophie
Sophie has been part of the Lang’s team since 2020. Her many talents include joyfully greeting customers in the showroom and spreading smiles wherever she goes. She loves everyone she meets and certainly appreciates a well-designed space.

Financing Options
There are several different options for financing a home remodeling project. It helps to understand the possible avenues for accessing funds, what the requirements are for each, and how the interest rates differ for each option.

Most credit card companies will offer you a card with a line of credit, but this is the least favorable option on the market due to the high interest rates.

A personal loan can be quite effective if you have an excellent credit history and FICO score. It does not require collateral, so you are not required to put your home up as security, but rates offered will depend on how good your FICO score is.

This is a loan you take out using your home’s equity as collateral. Since you are using your property as collateral you can borrow money at a fixed rate that is lower than most other types of loans. You get all money up front and pay it back in installments plus interest.

Another option is to refinance your mortgage and combine it with your home improvement costs into a new mortgage. Your new mortgage calculation will be based on the value of your home post-renovation, which means you can borrow more and get more favorable terms. Your Good-Better-Best budget detailing exactly what you will be investing and what changes you propose to make will be very useful in discussing a new mortgage with your broker.
