These Terms of Service cover use of the Lang’s Home Remodeling website at langskitchens.com, including our forms, newsletter signup, and appointment scheduling. Please review them before using our website.
Our Services
Lang’s Home Remodeling designs and remodels kitchens and bathrooms, along with powder rooms, basements, laundry rooms, home offices, living rooms, fireplaces, additions, decks, outdoor kitchens, siding, windows, and doors, from our design showroom in Newtown, Pennsylvania. We are a registered Pennsylvania home improvement contractor (PAHIC PA164705). Showroom visits and consultations are by appointment.
Website Information, Estimates, and Contracts
Our website provides general information about remodeling, design, materials, and our process. Project photos show past work for illustration: your design, materials, and results will depend on your home and choices. Product images, colors, and specifications are for general reference, and manufacturers may change or discontinue items.
Submitting a form, booking an appointment, or receiving a floor plan, pricing analysis, or quote does not by itself schedule work, reserve materials, or create a contract. Remodeling work is performed only under a separate written contract signed by you and Lang’s Home Remodeling. That contract, not this website, sets the scope, price, payment terms, schedule, warranties, and your rights, including any right to cancel that Pennsylvania law provides.
Forms, Scheduling, and Newsletter
When you send a form, we use your details to respond and to plan your consultation. “Schedule Appointment with a Designer” opens Squarespace Scheduling, where a booked time is a request to meet with our team; we may contact you to confirm or reschedule it. If you join our email list, we send occasional design tips and news; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Text Messages
Text messages from Lang’s Home Remodeling are covered by our SMS Terms & Conditions, which explain the messages we send, how often, possible message and data rates, and how to stop them (reply STOP) or get help (reply HELP).
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including our restrictions on sharing mobile information and text-message consent.
Acceptable Use and Website Content
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false or abusive requests, interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website text, images, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not permit commercial reuse.
Third-Party Services
Our website uses or links to services run by other companies, such as HighLevel for our forms, Squarespace Scheduling for appointments, Google Maps, Vimeo, Houzz, and our social media pages. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those services, and we do not control their content or availability.
Availability and Limitations
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is always current or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Changes to these terms do not by themselves give new consent for marketing or text messages.
